Save Dying Tulsi in Winter | Care of Tulsi in winter
Hello guys ! Welcome to another blog of Plants and Life. Tulsi is a holy plant and very lucky for people who kept it in their home and care them. While growing Tulsi, we face a problem in winter. Tulsi get dried up. So, today I'm going to share 5 tips to save Tulsi from dying in winter.
So, first of all -
No 1. Save from frost : This is the main reason where most of the Tulsi plant dies in winter. So, try to keep under shade from evening to next morning to protect them from frost.
Tip no. 2. Cut off seeds & flowers as when tulsi leaves produce flower and seed, they think they has completed his life cycle and successful made their next generation, so cutting them off is better.
Third tip is to Use fungicide : Using fungicide in plants is very good practise, it keeps away the plant from fungus disease, so the plants don't get rotten.
Tip no. 4. Don't water in leaves during evening : Watering in leaves of tulsi during evening invites the fungal diseases as water don't get evaporated easily. So, water in the soil directly.
And the last tip, fifth tip is to Use micro nutrients : Beside using many other fertilizer, using micro nutrients is very good habit, as it promote steady and strong growth and so beneficial for health of the plant.
